How to Pay Using Instant Bank Transfer Option

The Instant Bank Transfer option allows customers to pay directly from their bank account using details provided at checkout.

• It works with any bank — the customer does not need to have an account with a specific bank

• After selecting Bank Transfer at checkout, unique bank details will be generated for that transaction

• The customer should then:

  1. Log in to their banking app, internet banking or dial your bank's USSD code

  2. Initiate a transfer using the exact account details provided

  3. Enter the exact amount shown

Once the transfer is completed correctly, the payment is automatically confirmed.

Important:

• Make sure you select Immediate or Instant Transfer (wording may vary by bank), as the bank details provided are only valid for 1 hour

• The bank details are unique to that transaction

• Paying a different amount or using incorrect details may cause the payment to fail or delay confirmation

• Always complete the transfer from your own bank using the details provided at checkout
