Once your event is set up, customized, and ticket packages are ready, you can share your event payment link to start selling tickets. PayChangu provides multiple sharing options to make it easy for attendees to find and pay for tickets.
Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.
Go to Payment Links → Event tab.
Find the event you want to share.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the event and select Share.

A unique URL and QR code for your event will be displayed.
Click Copy Link to copy the payment link to your clipboard.

You can share your event payment link in multiple ways:
Social Media: Post the link on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
Website or Blog: Copy to embed the link on your website or blog for easy ticket purchases.
Printed Materials: Include the QR code on flyers, posters, or banners for offline promotion.
When attendees interact with your event link or QR code:
They are first taken to the event page with all the details about your event.
Here, they can view the event description, date, location, and ticket packages.
Attendees select the ticket packages and quantities they want to purchase.

Next, they are taken to a checkout page where they:
Enter personal details: First Name, Last Name, and Email
Enter a coupon code if they have one

After entering their information, they click Pay Now and are taken to the secure PayChangu payment page to complete their payment using their preferred payment methods

Once payment is successful:

Tickets are automatically confirmed
Attendees receive their digital tickets via email

You, as the organizer, will also receive an email with a ticket purchase notification and a transaction receipt

Use the QR code on printed material for attendees who prefer scanning.
Combine link sharing with a social media campaign for broader reach.
Regularly remind followers or subscribers about your event to drive ticket sales.
