Who Pays the PayChangu Transaction Fees?

PayChangu allows you to decide how transaction fees are handled. You have three options:

  1. You pay the fees – The merchant covers all transaction fees. The customer sees the full payment amount without any additional charges. However, the amount you receive is reduced by the transaction fee.

  2. Customer pays the fees – The transaction fee is added on top of the payment amount, so the customer covers the cost.

  3. Split fees equally – The transaction fee is shared between you and the customer, with each party paying 50% of the fee.
