In PayChangu, your funds move through two stages before they can be withdrawn: Collection Balance and Main Balance.
The Collection Balance is where all incoming payments are first received.
Every successful payment is credited here
Funds are not yet available for withdrawal
This is a temporary holding stage before settlement
The Main Balance is where your funds become available after settlement.
Funds are moved here after the settlement process
Only the Main Balance can be withdrawn
This represents your available balance
A customer makes a payment
Funds are received into your Collection Balance
The next day, funds are settled (T+1)
Funds are then moved to your Main Balance or your linked bank account
If your Main Balance is zero, it usually means:
Your funds are still in the Collection Balance
The T+1 settlement cycle has not yet been completed
Settlements are typically processed the next morning after the transaction day.
What should I know?
You cannot withdraw directly from the Collection Balance
Only settled funds appear in your Main Balance
Settlements follow a T+1 cycle (processed the next morning after the transaction day)
Collection Balance can also be called Collection Wallet, and Main Balance can also be called Main Wallet.
