Insufficient funds
Ensure that the amount you are trying to withdraw is available in your Main Balance after fees.
Funds in your Collection Balance cannot be withdrawn.
Incorrect account details
For bank transfers: make sure your account number and bank name are correct.
For mobile money: verify the phone number and operator selection.
Technical or network issues
Temporary system outages or mobile money network problems may cause withdrawal failures.
Try again after some time.
Check your balances
Make sure the requested amount is in your Main Balance.
Verify your account details
Double-check bank account numbers, mobile money numbers, and operator selection.
Retry the transaction
After correcting any errors, initiate the withdrawal again.

Date and time of the failed attempt
Support will investigate and help resolve the issue.
