How to Sell Digital Products via PayChangu

PayChangu allows you to sell digital products such as e-books, artwork, music, online courses, and other downloadable content. Using Payment Links, you can accept payments and automatically deliver files to your customers instantly.

Step 1: Log in to your PayChangu dashboard

• Make sure your account is verified and in live mode.

• Only live accounts can accept real payments for digital products.

Step 2: Go to Payment Links

1. From the dashboard menu, click Payment Links, then select All Payment Links.

2. Click the + button to create a new link.

Step 3: Enter product details

• Add the product name and price.

• Optionally, enable SMS notifications to get updates after every payment.

Step 4: Upload your digital file

• Enable Downloadable File and upload your digital product (PDF, e-book, music, etc.).

• This is the file your customer will receive immediately after payment.

Step 5: Save and generate your payment link

• Add a brief description of your product.

• Click Create Payment Link to save and generate the link.

Step 6: Share your payment link

• You can share your link or QR code via:

  • WhatsApp or SMS

  • Email

  • Social media

  • Your website

  • Printed materials for physical locations

Customer experience

• When a customer clicks the link or scans the QR code, they complete payment using their preferred method.

• After successful payment, the customer receives an email with the file ready to download instantly.
