Once your event is live and tickets are being sold, PayChangu allows you to monitor sales, track attendees, and manage ticket activity in real-time. This helps you stay organized and ensures a smooth experience for both you and your attendees.
Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.
Go to Payment Links → Event tab.
Find the event you want to manage.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the event and select Edit.

Inside the event editor, click on the Attendees tab.

Here, you can view:
List of attendees who have purchased tickets
Ticket types/packages selected
Quantity purchased
Payment status
Contact details (e.g. name and email)
This gives you a clear overview of who is attending your event and helps with planning and coordination.
Track how many tickets have been sold per package.
Identify which ticket tiers are performing best.
Use this data to adjust pricing, promotions, or availability if needed
If a customer did not receive their ticket:
Go to the Attendees/Sales list.
Find the customer.
Select the option to Resend Ticket.
This will send the ticket again via email.

If a transaction was successful but tickets were not issued or recorded:
Use the Reverify Tickets option.
This will check the transaction and automatically correct the ticket status.
This ensures all valid purchases are properly reflected and tickets are issued accordingly.

Regularly check your attendee list before the event.
Use the resend option to quickly resolve customer complaints.
Reverify tickets if there are any inconsistencies in ticket issuance.
