PayChangu lets you easily track all your payments in one place. You can view successful, pending, or failed transactions, search by customer or reference, and export records for accounting or reconciliation. This gives you full visibility over your business’s cash flow and helps you manage customer payments efficiently.
Log in to your PayChangu account.
Ensure your account is verified and in live mode to start collecting payments.
From the dashboard menu, select Transactions.
Click the All Transactions tab at the top.

Here, you will see a summary of every transaction made, including:
Customer details – name, email, or phone number
Date – when the transaction occurred
Status – Pending, Successful, Failed, or Refunded
Amount – the payment received
Type – the payment method used (Mobile Money, Card, Bank Transfer)
Reference – the unique transaction identifier
You can also filter or search transactions to find specific records quickly.
Filter by date: Narrow results to a specific time period.
Filter by transaction type – View specific types of transactions
Filter by payment type – Mobile Money, Card, or Bank Transfer
Filter by status – Pending, Successful, Failed, or Refunded
Search by customer: Look up transactions using the customer’s name, email, or transaction reference.

Click on any transaction to see:
Payment method (Mobile Money, Card, Bank Transfer)
Amount paid
Transaction date and time
Fees deducted
Status
Reference number

Click on the Logs tab.
Here, you will see the detailed transaction log, which shows every step of the payment process.
This includes system updates such as:
Payment initiation
Processing stages
Success or failure responses
Transaction logs are useful for troubleshooting issues or understanding exactly what happened during a payment attempt.
