Successful
The payment has been completed successfully
Funds will be included in your payout based on your settlement cycle
Pending
The payment has been initiated but not yet completed
Common with bank transfers or delayed mobile money confirmations
May take some time before updating to successful or failed
Failed
The payment was not completed
This could be due to insufficient funds, network issues, or incorrect details
The customer may need to retry the payment
Refunded
The transaction has been refunded to the customer
This occurs after a refund request has been successfully processed
Some payment methods may take longer to move from Pending to Successful.
