How to Refund Customers in PayChangu

PayChangu makes it simple to issue refunds for transactions when needed. Whether it’s a duplicate payment, a cancelled order, or a customer request, you can initiate refunds quickly and track them in your dashboard.

Step 1: Locate the Transaction

  1. Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Transactions → All Transactions.

  3. Use filters to find the transaction you want to refund. You can filter by date, payment type, status, or reference.

  4. Click on the transaction to open the details view.

Step 2: Initiate the Refund

  1. Click the Initiate Refund button.

  2. A popup will appear asking you to:
