How to Top Up Your PayChangu Account

PayChangu lets you add funds to your own account quickly and securely, giving you flexibility to test payments, make transfers, or prepare for payouts.

Step 1: Log in to Your Dashboard

1. Go to PayChangu and log in with your credentials.

2. Ensure your account is verified and in live mode to perform real transactions.

Step 2: Go to Balances Tab

1. On the left-hand menu navigate to Balances → My Balance

Step 3: Access Your Bank Details

Click the Bank Details button on your dashboard. You will be presented with your virtual bank account details, including:

• Account Name

• Account Number

• Bank Name

These are the details you will use to top up your PayChangu account.

Step 4: Perform an Instant Bank Transfer

Using any bank, initiate a transfer using the virtual account details provided. You can use your banking app, USSD, or internet banking.

⚠️ Important: Make sure to select Instant Transfer (some banks may call it Immediate).

Step 5: Confirm and Complete

Once your transfer is successful, your PayChangu main balance will update immediately. You can now use the funds for payments or transactions within your dashboard.

Step 6: Track Your Top-Up

• You can view the transaction in Transactions → All Transactions.

• The record will show amount, payment method, status, and reference number.
