Your transaction PIN is used to authorize sensitive actions such as withdrawals, transfers, and refunds. Keeping it secure and up to date helps protect your account and funds.
Step 1: Log in to Your Dashboard
Sign in to your PayChangu account using your email and password.
Step 2: Go to Settings
From the dashboard menu, navigate to Settings.
Step 3: Select Security Settings
Under Security section select My Pin. This is where your transaction PIN settings are managed.
Step 4: Change Your PIN
Enter your current transaction PIN
Enter your new PIN
Confirm the new PIN

Step 5: Save Changes
Click Save to apply the new PIN.
Select the Reset Now option in the same section
A popup will appear prompting you to reset your PIN via email
Click Send Code to receive a verification code in your email
Enter the OTP in the provided field
Once verified, enter your new transaction PIN and select Update to confirm it

Avoid using easily guessed numbers like 1234 or your birth year
Do not share your PIN with anyone
Update your PIN regularly for added security
