How to Transfer Money Between PayChangu Accounts

PayChangu makes it easy to send money directly to another PayChangu user or merchant using Wallet Transfers. This allows you to quickly move funds within the PayChangu ecosystem without needing bank details or mobile money transfers.

Whether you’re paying a supplier, transferring funds between accounts, or sending money to another merchant, Wallet Transfers provide a fast and secure way to manage payments.

Steps to Transfer Money Between PayChangu Accounts

Step 1: Open the Transfers Tab

• Log in to your PayChangu dashboard

• From the left-hand menu, click Transfers

Here, you’ll see all your transfer activity and payout history in one place.

Step 2: Review Your Transfer History

Each transfer includes important details such as:

• Reference number

• Description

• Amount

• Date

• Status (Pending, Processing, or Completed)

This helps you keep track of every payout and confirm when funds have been received successfully.

Step 3: Initiate a Wallet Transfer

• Go to the Withdraw section

• Select Wallet Transfer

• Enter the amount you want to send

• Provide the recipient’s Merchant ID or email address

• Enter your transaction PIN to authorize the transfer

Once submitted, the funds will be transferred directly to the recipient’s PayChangu account.

• Make sure the recipient’s Merchant ID or email is correct before confirming the transfer

• Wallet transfers are processed within the PayChangu ecosystem reflect instantly

• You can monitor the transfer status from the Transfers tab
