You can create invoices on PayChangu and send them directly to customers for payment through email and a secure payment link.
Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.
From the left menu, click Invoice.
Click Create Invoice.

Enter the payer’s email address.
Select the currency you want to receive payment in.
Choose the invoice due date using:
the quick date options, or
the calendar date picker.
Click Save.

After saving the invoice:
Enter your details, including:
your name,
email address,
billing address.
Click Next Step.

Enter the payer’s details, including:
payer name,
email address,
billing address.
Click Next Step.

Add invoice items by entering:
item name,
quantity,
price.
Optionally enable discounts and choose:
percentage discount, or
flat discount.
Add an optional message or note for the payer.


Preview the invoice and payment page.

Complete and send the invoice.

Once the invoice is sent, the payer receives:
the invoice by email,
a downloadable invoice,
and a secure payment link.

The payer can then complete payment by clicking the pay invoice button and choose the preferred payment method on the check out page.
