How to Create an Invoice on PayChangu and get paid

You can create invoices on PayChangu and send them directly to customers for payment through email and a secure payment link.

Steps

  1. Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.

  2. From the left menu, click Invoice.

  3. Click Create Invoice.

  4. Enter the payer’s email address.

  5. Select the currency you want to receive payment in.

  6. Choose the invoice due date using:

  7. Click Save.

After saving the invoice:

  1. Enter your details, including:

  3. Enter the payer’s details, including:

  2. Add invoice items by entering:
