This article explains the fees associated with sending funds (payouts or disbursements) from your PayChangu account to recipients via Mobile Money or Bank Transfers via your Dashboard or API.
Withdrawal fees from your dashboard after collection are different from fees for payouts/disbursements via API.
Dashboard withdrawal fees (after collection to your bank account):
Bank transfer: MK700 flat fee
Mobile money (via bank): MK700 flat fee
These are the fees charged when making a withdrawal after you have collected payments using our Collection API or payment links, and you are withdrawing to your bank account, or if you have set up automatic withdrawals after settlement to your bank account.
This supports sending payouts to local mobile money accounts via API:
Airtel Money 1.8%
TNM Mpamba 1.5%
Deducted automatically from your account at the time of payout, and payouts are usually instant
Funds can be sent to any local bank accounts in Malawi via.

1.7% + K700 flat fee per payout

Fees are automatically deducted from your PayChangu main balance at the time of payout.
