After creating an event on PayChangu, you can customize your event page to make it visually appealing, informative, and engaging for attendees. Customizing your event helps attract more ticket buyers and ensures your event looks professional.
Customizations include banners, colors, descriptions, and additional details that help your attendees understand the event and feel excited to attend.
Log in to your PayChangu dashboard.
Go to Payment Links → Events tab.
Find the event you want to customize.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the event and select Edit

Event Banner: Upload a high-quality image that represents your event.
Recommended size: 1200x630px
Use vibrant visuals to capture attention.
You can update the banner anytime if you have a new design or promotional image.
Event Logo: Upload your event logo.
Recommended size: 80x80px
Helps attendees recognize your event or brand quickly..
Event Name & Description: Ensure your title and description are clear, concise, and informative.
Event Category: Confirm the category aligns with your event type (Festival, Conference, Fundraiser, etc.).
Date & Time: Make adjustments if the event date or time changes.
Customize the page with colors that match your brand or event theme.
This ensures your event page is professional and recognizable.
Include any terms, policies, or rules that attendees need to be aware of.
This can cover refund policies, age restrictions, or event-specific instructions.
Enter the event venue name and full address.
Make it easy for attendees to find the location.

After making updates, click Save to apply changes immediately.
Changes are reflected in real-time for anyone visiting the payment link or scanning the QR code.
