To withdraw funds from PayChangu, they must first be available in your Main Balance.
Funds in your Collection Balance cannot be withdrawn until they are settled (T+1).
Log in to your PayChangu dashboard
Go to your balances
Under Balances, select My Balance.

Click the Withdraw button

Choose your preferred withdrawal method

A. Bank Transfer:
If you haven’t added a bank account, you will be prompted to do so. [How to add a bank account on PayChangu]
Enter your account details.
The window will also show:
Available balance
Charges that will be deducted based on the amount entered
Timeline for bank transfer (instant)
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Enter your transaction pin to initiate the withdrawal.

B. Mobile Money:
Enter the amount to withdraw.
Select the operator (Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba).
Enter the phone number to send the funds to.
Enter your transaction pin to complete the withdrawal.

Confirm the transaction
